Who is behind Igor?

Igoria isn't an anonymous brand behind a contact form. It's an independent product, designed, built and run in France by one person — whose name, legal status and email address are right here.

The publisher

Igoria is published by Gabin Tournier, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), registered under SIRET number 953 826 757 00015. No holding company, no funding round, no sales department: when you write to contact@igoria.fr, the person who wrote the code answers.

Why Igor exists

A business owner who gets a review has two problems: no time to reply, and when there is time, no idea how to phrase it without making things worse. Every existing tool offers the same answer — one more dashboard. Nobody opens one more dashboard in the middle of a service.

Igor works the other way round: the tool comes to you. The reply lands in your inbox, already written, and you approve in one click. That's the only difference, but it's the one that means you're still replying to reviews three months later.

Who writes these pages, and how

The guides, trade pages and articles on this site are written and proofread by hand. No content is mass-published by a machine: every page is read before going live, and corrected when it ages.

On anything about how Google works — local ranking, review policies, publishing replies — we rely on Google's official documentation and quote it rather than bending it our way. Where Google guarantees no outcome, neither do we: that's why you'll find no ranking promise and no invented percentage on this site.

How the product is built

• Writing the replies: Google's Gemini API, framed by our own instructions on tone and caution.
• Access to your reviews: only through the platforms' official interfaces, with the permission you grant and revoke in one click.
• Hosting: servers in the European Union. No third-party advertising trackers on the site.
• Payments: Stripe. No bank details ever pass through or rest on our servers.
