Connecting your Google listing to a tool deserves a second thought. Here, plainly, is what Igor collects, what it can do, what it cannot do, and how you switch it all off in one click.
What data Igor collects
- Your account: first name, last name, email, phone and company. The password is hashed — readable by nobody, including us.
- Your locations: the listings you connect, their name, address and rating.
- Your reviews: the review text, its rating, its date and the author as the platform displays them — plus the reply Igor prepared.
- Your settings: the tone you chose, your signature, your past edits. That is what makes Igor end up writing like you.
- Platform access tokens, encrypted at rest and revocable at any time.
- Technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
What Igor can do on your Google account — and nothing else
When you connect a listing, Google asks you to authorise exactly one thing: managing your business listings. That is the whole scope, and it is shown on Google's own consent screen before you click.

Technical scope requested: business.manage, plus your email and name to identify the account.
Where your data is hosted
The site and database are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd on servers located in the European Union. The site sets no third-party advertising tracker: audience measurement is done in-house, with a signed visit identifier and no profiling.

For how long, and how to erase everything
- While your account is active: your reviews and replies are kept so you keep your history and Igor keeps learning your tone.
- As soon as you disconnect a listing: the access token is revoked immediately, Igor sees nothing more of that location.
- After closing your account: deleted within 30 days. Invoices are kept longer, only because accounting law requires it.
- On request, at any time: access, rectification, portability, erasure. Write to rgpd@igoria.fr.

What Igor will never do
- Drive your account with a bot pretending to be a browser. Everything goes through the platforms' official interfaces, which keeps you within their terms of service.
- Post a fake review, buy one, delete one or filter them. Igor replies to reviews, it does not manufacture them.
- Sell or rent your data, or hand it to an advertiser.
- Reply to a sensitive review on its own — health, dispute, accusation: those always come back to you.
Your account security
Hashed passwords, HTTPS, protection against forged form submissions, login attempt throttling, and two-factor authentication available on your account — mandatory for our own team members, because internal access sees more than a customer account.
